1:1 Life Coaching Session

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

I initially booked a session with Dianne because I felt stuck in several areas of my life. I had a goal that were important to me both personally and professionally, but I struggled to create a clear path forward. I found myself overthinking decisions and allowing self-doubt to keep me from taking meaningful action. From the very beginning, Dianne created a welcoming and supportive environment where I felt comfortable being honest about my challenges and aspirations. Rather than feeling judged, I felt empowered to explore my goals and the obstacles standing in my way. I left our sessions with a renewed sense of clarity, motivation, and confidence. I no longer felt overwhelmed by everything I wanted to accomplish because Dianne helped me break things down into manageable, action steps.

Dianne’s ability to ask thoughtful questions helped me uncover answers I already had within myself. Instead of simply giving me advice, she guided me toward deeper self-awareness and helped me recognize patterns and limiting beliefs that had been affecting my progress. After working with Dianne, I gained a clearer understanding of habits, thought patterns, and fears that had been holding me back. The tools and strategies she shared helped me stay aligned with my goals after our sessions ended. Dianne has a unique way to help you recognize your strength and potential. If you’re feeling stuck, or looking to grow personally or professionally, I would highly recommend working with Dianne.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Having Dianne as a Life Coach has been very meaningful. When I first started, I felt stuck, overwhelmed, and unsure of myself in so many ways. I had been carrying a lot emotionally and didn't fully believe I was capable of creating the life I wanted.

From our very first conversion, she made me feel safe, understood, and supported without ever feeling judged. Her deep questions took me back to experiences I had during childhood that were still affecting the way I see myself and others, and it was then that my transformation began.

I can honestly say I'm in a much healthier and happier place because of her coaching and support. I truly recommend her if you are wanting to invest in yourself.

At first I was very curious about reiki. During the session, I fell into a deep state. Afterwards, I felt deeply understood and surrounded by a gentle warmth, almost as if I were wrapped in a blanket. There was also a real sense of relief and a deeper understanding of myself, which gave me clarity and focus on what I need to work on moving forward. Dianne is so wonderful, kind, comforting, and easy to talk to. It was a very calming and meaningful experience, and I truly appreciated the care and presence throughout the sessions.

As a 20 year old, I decided to work with Dianne because I was looking for guidance in my life. She created a space where I felt comfortable, heard, and encouraged to be honest about my goals and challenges. Our sessions helped me feel more at ease with my goals and reminded me that I don't have to rush the process. One of my biggest takeaways was realizing that progress doesn't have to happen all at once. I just need to take the first steps and move at a pace that works for me. I always felt seen, heard, encouraged. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for clarity, growth, and support on their journey.

I’ve known Dianne prior to her journey to become a Reiki practitioner and felt Reiki was a fitting path for her to pursue. She’s always been supportive when people are going through difficult times and has an innate tendency to help people.

Before the Reiki session, I had tension built up all over my body. During the session, I sensed her work through different parts of my body and after each area, I felt the tension dissipate. After the session, I was definitely lighter…Blown away by how much lighter I felt, I remember scanning though each area I recalled having tension in and noticed that the tension was no longer there, area after area…

I was blown away by how much healing I felt. Even the stress-filled thoughts seemed to have dissolved. It was so profoundly effective at eliminating my various tension points that have long been a part of me. I didn’t know that Reiki could be so powerful.

Dianne is empathetic and has a tenacity to heal people. I would definitely recommend her to those who are considering Reiki as an option for self care.

I’ve been seeing Dianne for reiki for a few years now, and it’s been incredible. When I first started I wasn’t familiar with reiki and how it would help but you’re supposed to go in with an open mind and heart. On my first session, I remember her calm presence and loving energy which made me feel safe and comfortable. Her natural aura is always nonjudgmental and accepting, which makes it very comfortable to continue seeing her for reiki.

What really stood out to me is how she helps release emotions that get stuck inside. There have been times during sessions where I didn’t even realize what was happening until I felt tears streaming down my face. It’s like the emotions are being lifted right out of my body. Once they come to the surface and release, the relief is immediate and profound. As someone who has physical ailments and lack of sleep due to heavy emotions like guilt and anxiety, I always feel so relaxed and relieved after a session.

Dianne has a real gift for what she does. She’s intuitive, caring, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and find peace. She created a space where you can let your guard down and just be. I would definitely recommend Dianne to anyone looking to find balance and wellness, especially if you’re carrying emotional weight you didn’t know how to release. She’s helped me more than expected.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Working with Dianne as a Life Coach changed everything for me.

I knew something had to give. I was carrying a lot, grievances, frustrations, things about myself I needed to talk through, but I didn’t know where to start. Dianne created a safe space where I would just air it all out without judgment. She asks the right questions. Instead of telling me what to do, she guides me to think through my situations and figure out my own path forward. She offered insightful advice and techniques I wouldn’t normally be open to trying, but somehow she makes me feel comfortable enough to actually try them, even when I’m being guarded.

I’ve realized something important, she doesn’t push. She gives me space to accept things at my own pace, and that’s exactly what makes me feel safe coming back to her. There’s no pressure, just support. Leaving her sessions feels amazing. I walked out feeling like I’m back in control of my own life, with actual tools I can use to move forward and reach my goals.

Honestly, I usually avoid this kind of deep work because I convince myself I don’t have time. But the real issue is I don’t have the mental or emotional capacity to process things on my own. Working with Dianne takes that burden off. It’s relieving and empowering to have someone help me recognize what’s happening in my life and give a framework to actually do something about it. If you’re ready to take control and move forward, Dianne is exactly who you need.
