cancellation policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

With 24 hours’ notice, you may reschedule your session, and your payment will be applied to your new appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.

arrival & late policy

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled session, as I may be working with another client.

Please arrive on time so that we can make the most of our precious time together. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.
